We are getting different payment numbers because of the different tax percentages we used. Regardless, seems a bit much. I was thinking that maybe 475 would be a good number.

The dealer is asking you to pay the doc fee and acq fee up front, as part of the $3000 drive off. You aren't accounting for it in your calculations, anywhere.

That said, if I use the dealer numbers, I get $408/mo. If I bump the MF to .00205 to represent the max markup, I'm still only at $440/mo.

Cannot get to $445/mo - ask them for a screen shot of their lease worksheet.

Yes, $408/mo is without tax - the breakout from the dealer shows that the tax is also part of the $3000.

That's why you need a screen shot of the whole lease worksheet; not the "customer friendly" document you got that doesn't show all the numbers.
