Hello, can you please provide the MF, RV, 36/48 months, 10-12K years...and any incentives available for a
basic model (X6 sDrive i40) zip 30135. Also, I went into a BMW dealership in Atlanta, GA and was told that the Military Incentive that is presented on bmwusa.com is no longer available....even though BMW USA advertise it on their site. Is this true? Or should I just shop at another dealership? Thank you in advance.

We still show the $500 military incentive as active. Not sure why they wouldn't honor it. It seems that it would have very little effect on their profit margin, as BMW provides it. Maybe, just have them check again.

Thanks for the information. I asked for the max offered for a X6, which is "up to $3250.00". I want the full $3250.00. Maybe that was the problem LOL.

The $3250 is for non-BMWFS leases.

I've never seen a BMW dealer write a lease with a 3rd party bank, so not sure what that's all about. There might be a reason or a story, but we don't know what it is.

Working a deal for a 2022 X6 xDrive 40i with a 36/12 lease in 60007. Looking to see if I am missing anything. Car is going to be ordered with a September build. Looks like the dealer is using current 2021 programs numbers. Wondering if it is worth waiting for 2022 numbers to come out; assuming the residual will go back up to ~54%?

Your only lever is to get a lower selling price. At the moment, anything under MSRP should be considered a win.

Don't make any assumptions about future programs.
