Does anyone know the residual value and money factor in south Florida for a 2022 Kia K5 GT Line and EX (FWD) at 3 years 12,000 miles?

I've been to three dealerships. Each quoted me a Residual Value on the '22 FWD GT-Line of 65% (3/36 south Florida), but won't give out the Money Factor and are adding between $1,450 and $1,999 to the sticker price ... and ... will ... not ... budge. I told the last salesman that adding $1,500 to the sticker price was a non-starter. He very politely said he understood and explained that if I don't pay it, in about an hour someone is going to come along who will. I guess it's going to take a few months before you can make a reasonable deal on the new K5.

I am looking at 2022 Kia K5 EX trim in white. I am located at 92126 zip code. The image below is the monthly price that the dealer quoted to me. Where do you think I can negotiate other than the selling price. The MF they are giving me is 0.00109.

We don't have the lease program information for the 2022 K5, so we aren't able to evaluate the quote you've been given.

On the surface, it does seem expensive.

Your only levers are the MF (if it's been marked up, which we can't tell you), or the selling price.

Hi all. I am not really good with math and I always get different numbers when trying to plug in numbers into lease calculators. What I am trying to determine is, what selling price I should aim for to get $330 price range (if it is even possible) for a lease on Kia GT line FWD with Premium package (MSRP - $28,885). Assuming I want to put all taxes and fees into the payments so only first month payment up front. Zip code 07751 . I believe NJ sales tax is 6.625%. 36 month, 10K per year. With these assumptions, is it possible to re-engineer the selling price of the car? I think the Money Factor, Residual value and rebates are known for this specific term/trim/zip code?

To get $330/mo on a $28,885 MSRP, the cap cost (with all taxes and fees rolled in) would have to be around $29,000.

I don't think that will be possible with the current market conditions.

Thank you, it means that I would need to get at least 2K off MSRP as a selling price in order to get to $29K to get $330 a month... I guess this is not the good time to get a new car for me..
