LEASE QUESTION 2021 LC 500 COUPE. MSRP $ 107060. (Selling price $ 99835)
Dealer has offered to take my trade in car as one time lease payment at $ 43500 (this is about $ 5K less than what I see on auto trader adds when I do the search for my trade in car) PLUS I have to write a check of $ 10,858 for a 7.5 K mile/ year lease for 36 months. So when everything would have been said and done the lease will cost me in total (A) 43,500 + 10,858 = 54358. Residual value (B) at the end of 36 mo. lease will be $ 57812.
Your advise will be much appreciated as I have until just tomorrow (last day of the month) to decide with the above. Thanks in advance!

WI sales tax is 5.5%. so 5.5% of 44,860 = 2467 or 44,860 + 2467 = 47327 which translates to $ 1314 for the 36 months.
I asked the MF and interestingly was quoted as 0.00040.
I'll ask the dealer for the screen shot and share it.

Also as of note, used 2018 LC's are going for around $80k right now. The RV on a 2018 should be around 56% or so at that time. So a 2018 $105k car should be worth around $59k, thus folks who buy used could experience a loss of at least $21k the moment the chip shortage subsides. Crazy!
