Car mats

I just purchased a 2021 Volvo xc60. The car mats look upside down. If I put the carpet side up, they don't fit. Is it me, or does anyone else see this as an issue?

    Could they be on the wrong side? Try putting the passenger’s on the driver’s side and see if it fits better.
