Lease Numbers/Macan 2022

I’m in 91364. I’m being told by dealer that MF on 2022 Macan lease is .0032. That those are Porsche Financial’s numbers. Can anyone confirm that this seems incredibly high?

    .00200 MF for top tier credit, for up to 42 months

    Dealers can mark up the rate for increased profit.

The manager at Porsche said “the dealers don’t decide the MF-Porsche Financial does.” He insisted that means .0032. I know I’m getting scammed; just wanted to confirm that on this forum.
