I continually see the MF is stated at .00111. Yesterday I was at a dealership zip code 33444. The dealer quoted me RV = 56% and MF = .00151 on a 2022 X3 sDrive30i 4x2

Is the dealer inflating the MF or are these numbers correct?

BMWFS allows dealers to markup the money factor by .00040 max, for extra profit.

But no one would come below a $2500 market adjustment on the X3M. Ended up going with another car

Heading out to my local BMW stores this afternoon to see what I can get accomplished to sign a deal. Know I'm not in the best position, given the market. Would I be able to get the following, please?

Can't decide what model to get as I had an M40i already, but coming out of a Macan Turbo- so want to be armed with both. Thanks in advance.

This is the best I got. Personally it's still high. But, dealership was willing to work with me, and willingness goes a long way in current market

X3 M Comp , MSRP $82,850
Sell Price =$81,000
Loyalty Rebate -$750
Net Price =$80,250

10k lease, RV 56%
MF .00143 (I tried to get base factor they wouldn't budge until finally they split the 40pt markup)

$2000 cash due on delivery
Zip 15135
Monthly payment with tax $1271

Still a tough pill to swallow, as I got nearly $3300 off an X3 M40I back in early 2019. But, I'm paying a lease significantly higher on a similar MSRP through Porsche, and I was able to customer order this X3 with Feb expected arrival. So, I'm content. But, holding out hope maybe Feb brings something just a touch better in terms of lease programs.
