    Was that incentive for the 2021 model?

    One pay allows you to make all the lease payments in one lump sum, at the beginning of the lease, in return for a lower MF.

    Michaell - above is where you quoted a $3000 incentive for 2022 (this is a few posts above, 10/21). If you do a build on 2022 Acadia right now on GMC's website, pick any car shown in available inventory and follow "explore payment" option, it will give a breakdown, including the $3000 lease cash allowance.

    For what it's worth, I'm in area code 17603 and my dealer looked at both 2021 and 2022 models for me - didn't mention about $3k not being available on 2022s. Other than a higher MF on '22s, and 1% higher residual, pricing was pretty similar.

    Thanks! I'm already seeing higher numbers in the calculations on GMC's website, so I'm guessing money factor has gone up. Was hoping end of year would bring better rates, but I guess the market dictates otherwise. I'll check in later :)
