This is awesome, thanks for doing this. Where does all this info come from? I am working on a lease and feel like I am getting ripped off. Curious what the MF should be and residual should be for a 2022 GLC300W4 in zip code 95825 or 94707?

They are quoting 0.00230, 57% MSRP of $54559 (including $389 accessory and $85 doc fees) with cap reduction of $2,947.38, $6k driveoff, $697.75 DMV fees, and $1,044.09 of driveoff unaccounted for. Monthly base of $766.92 and monthly tax of $78.61.

Selling price is a negotiation between you and the dealer. They've told you their initial offer.

MF was .00150 for a number of months before going up. But, past performance is no guarantee of future results.

RE 2022 GLC 300 36/7.5

I know that 10 MSDs will bring the MF to .00120 instead of .00190, is there a scale for a different number of MSDs, ie: will 5 MSDs result in an MF of .0015, etc.?

Also, in the worksheet I received from my dealership, the MSDs are listed as "Security Deposit", should it be listed specifically as "Multiple Security Deposits"?
