I see that you said that the prior numbers apply to all 2023 Atlas trims in zip code 06405. I wanted to confirm that, as the dealer is giving me a money factor of .00297 for a 2023 Atlas SEL at 39/12 and 36/12.

So for a 2023 Atlas SEL (not R-Line black or R-Line Premium), is the money factor .00287 and is the residual at 63%/61% for 36/39 months at 12,000 miles? Or do you have different numbers? This is for zip code 06405.

However, I do have some questions:

1. I don't see almost $3000 of fees listed on that worksheet - the upfront fees seem to total $758 - what is the rest of that going to? I'd be very clear on what the $3324 up front consists of.
2. The disposition fee is generally paid at the end of the lease, if you return the car. This worksheet shows that it's "capitalized", or added to the cap cost and becomes part of the monthly payment.
