    Question - when I use the MF/residual from this site on the Edmunds Lease Calculator, using the price, fees and taxes the dealer gave me, the site spits out a price that is much lower than what the dealer is telling me as a monthly charge. Should I expect to pay what the Lease Calculator spits out? I.e., is the dealer just pushing higher price on me?

    Ask the dealer what MF they are using. They can mark it up for extra profit.

    If they only number you get from the dealer is the monthly payment, then you'll never know the answer. Ask for the adjusted CAP cost, and the itemization of the amounts used to calculate it.

    Tell them you want the base MF; alternatively, you can shop multiple dealers.
