Can you please share current MF, Residual and any rebates, offers on a 2023 CX9 GT AWD for 10K miles a year for 24 and 36 months in 05446 and 03303. Been cross shopping for a replacement and I'm in sticker shock of how things have changed. Never in my life paid MSRP and it seems like the norm now

Hi, I'm in the NC market and got a quote for a CX-9 but the payments seem quite high. I've entered the information in a lease calculator and the payments come much lower. I'm not sure what I'm missing and I'm looking for advice.

I was able to see the sticker from the dealers website. MSRP is 38,750 + 1,275 destination + 595 for the color totals 40,620
