    Wanting to verify MF of .00270 for the RTL-E - dealer said they have to add like .00055 if there's no security deposit. They are quoting .00325

    There is a .00010 uplift if no security deposit is paid.

    However, there is a .00055 uplift if the acquisition fee is waived - better to pay the $595 fee and skip the uplift.

    Thank you…Do you add .00010 + .00055 = .00065 to .00270 if no security deposit and no acquisition fee. I do understand it’s better to pay acquisition fee.

    Also is it like last month with an additional 0.00010 uplift if security deposit is waived and an additional 0.00055 uplift if acquisition fee is waived?

    Ok now the dealership is back to .00285. They are saying.00180 is region A and .00285 is Region B, and I’m in Texas which is in Region B. Is this correct?

    Yes, that is correct. When I read your last message, I didn't check by ZIP.

    Texas is Region B, which uses the "standard" MF of .00285.

    Region A gets .00180 MF
