And as I was unfamiliar with the term "Tier A1", a Google search tells me:
Tier 1 credit is generally defined as a credit score of 750 or higher. The term is most commonly used among auto lenders, but other lenders use it as well.

The score values from brand to brand, and so far as I know, only MB uses an A1 tier - most brands use T1 to identify their top tier of credit.

The dealer cash is Mercedes to dealer money. So, nothing to combine. Use your knowledge of the incentive to negotiate the selling price.

Loyalty is always applicable. That's Mercedes to consumer money
