    I am in VA 23464. I was told at the dealer 23 mdx aspec money factor is 0.00200 and 60% residual for 7500 mi. Is this correct?

    What's MF and residual for SH-AWD tech and Aspec 7500 and 10k miles

    Leased a 2023 MDX A-Spec earlier this week. MSRP - $61,745, selling price - $57,490, Doc fee - $175, MF - 0.00146.
    The only accessory I added at this point was a heated steering wheel for $620 + tax.
    In NYC area many dealers have 100+ MDX models in stock and willing to sell at invoice or slightly above/below.
