    Plugging the numbers in, the payment really doesn't change much between 36, 39, & 42 months. So there really is no good reason to go beyond 36 months?

    Thank-you @Michaell and @kyfdx for your help! I was able to land a superb deal on a local dealer’s last base model 2025 Acura Integra. Using the .00166 money factor for a 39 month/10K per year lease and $2,000 in Conquest Cash, I was able to get the car for $477 due at signing (1st month plus up front tax on the rebates) and $350 per month for 38 months including 6.35% sales tax, acquisition fee, dealer doc fee, & new plates rolled into the payment.

    Yeah, that doesn't seem a likely small of a padding..

    We're definitely showing .00152 MF

    I'll guess .00166 was for October incentive
