    Always +1% to go from 12K to 10K

    Same MF for all lease terms

    Having an issue with dealer they put in VIN of Mercedes leased in 2018 and matured in 2021. At maturity we bought out the car what was left on it and financed with another bank.

    It says the ignite program eligibility you had to done that from January 1, 2021 to Dec 31 2023 - which we did and the dealer is saying that we don’t qualify cause when they input the last 8 of the VIN number it doesn’t show up in their system.

    What is this and how do we get it fixed?

    We aren't any help with that. Check with a second dealer, perhaps, and see if you qualify through them?

    Could be an administrative error.

    Other than that, I've got no ideas for you.
