2000 Acura TL Maintenance Req'd light

Does anyone know how to turn off the maintenance
required light without bringing it in for service?

    Have you checked your owner's manual? I have a 1999 and I'm pretty sure I read in it how to do this, so yours should have the same information.

    Check right under the steering column there should be a little black box with a button on it.Turn the key on and hold the button in untill the light goes out.

    I have a Honda 2000 acura.just turned off light.
    look in your manual tells you how to turn the light off
