Acura TL vs Lexus ES350

Hi

I'm in the market for a new car - prefer to lease. I was looking at the 2014 Acura TL base model w/Tech pkg and the 2014 Lexus ES350 - i have test driven both and like them both. I'm not sure if I should be going in for the TL especially since they are likely to be coming out with a new model (TLX??) before the end of this calendar yr. Would appreciate some thoughts on this, and also if I want to lease what would be the best deal? I live in NJ.
