2000 Buick LeSabre window slides down a little.

The rear passenger window opens up about an inch. The motor won't close it again. I can forcefully shove it back up but eventually it works itself down again. Any thoughts?

    Same here and the other windows followed. I found the part called a regulator on eBay for 30 bucks and took it in to a mechanic who replaced it for 100 labor. He would have charged 96 for the same part. Also i later found a friend who would have done it for a six-pack but oh well.
