2003 PT CRUISER GT
I purchased a pt cruiser and when i test drove it the man said he put in a new clutch, now when i drove it the clutch seemed tight and i had to really struggle to put it in reverse. Now when it stopped on me (it wont move, and i can move the gears without pressing the clutch) and they say that it's my clutch that need to be done.

is it on me to fix this problem because i havent even had the care for 30 days yet.

is this evedent that he didn't after all replace the clutch?
