Hello Everyone,

I would appreciate any help with this matter. I am going to make a cash price offer on either a new 2015 Chevy Equinox LT or, a demo model 2014 Equinox LT with 1900 miles. Which do you think would be the best bet and what should I offer?

For the price difference, I'd go new. Seems like demos are rarely good deals. You can check numbers by going to the Make\Model\Year tabs above and see what other dealers are selling them for, and click through the Build Your Own link to get TMV for your area. The idea is to meet or beat TMV.

btw, the dealer won't care if you pay cash or finance - they'll get their money immediately either way. In fact, dealers make money packaging loans so you may get a better price if you tell the dealer you are undecided whether to finance it or not.
