How do I remove the rear strut towers on an 05 Lincoln Aviator?

More specifically, the top of the tower has three nuts connecting it to the frame. One nut is inside of a rubber bushing next to the frame. How do I get that nut off?

    Once it is broken loose a ratchet wrench is the tool of choice, in fact it helps to have several choices in length, the easier the nut turns, the shorter the wrench that can be used.

    Breaking it loose is usually done with a long offset wrench.
