Mercedes-Benz Financial's October buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 39 month lease of a 2010 E350 Sedan with 15,000 miles per year are .00240 and 52%, for consumers who qualify for its tier one credit tier.
The numbers for an otherwise identical lease of a '10 E550 Sedan are .00240 and 49%.
Mercedes is providing $3,000 dealer cash on these cars right now. The option credits are still available in October.

Does the residual and MF for the 2011 E350 all-wheel drive also apply to the standard rear wheel drive? 63% = 12K, .00219 for 36 months?
On a side note, would you tell me what MB's bank fee is?
Thanks.
Thanks for the help
In short, the easiest way to get a good deal on a leased vehicle is to shop around for the lowest possible selling price and then have the dealer that you decide to go with calculate your vehicle's monthly payment using its buy rate lease money factor.
I would be happy to use MErcedes' actual lease program to work up a sample payment on the exact car that you are interested in for you. I just need you to provide me with its full MSRP and approximate selling price...or its MSRP and dealer invoice price first. You can find the pricing data that we need over in the New Vehicle Pricing section of Edmunds.com.
You can and should lease any vehicle that you want without making any sort of capitalized cost reduction.
15,000 miles per year is the highest mileage allowance that Mercedes-Benz Financial publishes residual values for. In order to lease a Mercedes with more miles than this, you will have to purchase additional miles on a per-mile basis. It is less expensive to do so at lease signing than it is to wait until lease-end and have to pay an excess mileage penalty.

Its acquisition fee is currently $795. Keep an eye on that because dealers often try to mark it up.

The only cash incentive that Mercedes is providing on this model right now is $2,000 loyalty cash.

I live in NYC in Queens. Also, is it better to lease for a year and then to go back and return the car and lease it again for another 2 years? Will it be cheapre that way?
Thanks.
According to the latest information that i have seen, Mercedes-Benz Financial's November buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 24 month lease of a 2011 E350 Sedan with 7,500 miles per year are .00240 and 74%, respectively for consumers who qualify for its top credit tiers.

I would be happy to use this lease program to work up a sample payment on this car for you, but I need its MSRP in addition to the selling price that you already mentioned.

I was just made an offer for a 2 year lease on a E350 4 matic sport sedan with P1 option, black with almond two tone interior. I live in Queens, NYC. This is through the Costco Auto program. I do not know the residual.
I was offered 673, per month with 3069 (tax included) OR 742 per month with 1705 up front.
This is for 10,000 miles.
Is this fair? Should I clench the deal? The agent also said, that she did not think that December would be a better time than now to lease, b/c the price went up in November compared to October.
This includes 1st month payment, sales tax and bank fee.
I am waiting to hear from you before I respond. I do not know anything abuot this stuff and also do not know HOW to negotiate a better deal. Please help.
Thank you.
I called the dealer back and asked her to give me the MSRP and residual.
These are the numbers, They mean nothing to me. Really waiting for your sage suggestion. I don't know if you read and post on Saturdays, but I would really appreciate if you could get back on this.
It's an E350 4 matic sport sedan, black with almond interiors, 10,000 miles per year. I live in Queens, NYC. I was quoted 673 per month, with 3069 down OR 742 per month with 1705 down. The MSRP is 56,775 and the residual is 73% or 41,445.75. It is a 2 year lease.
Anthing I'm missing...?
I am about to come off of my R350 lease and I have been gathering information on the lease of a 2011 E350 wagon.
The Nov rates look like 58% residual, .00240 MF for 15K miles/year right now. Not so great.
I am eligible for two rebates, $2000 loyalty and $2000 through my employer. Can I use to lower my cap cost after I negotiate a sales price? Or can I only use these on the back end? Also, MB is offering a $1000 conquest rebate right now? If I own one of the conquest brands, can I get that rebate as well as the loyalty rebate?
Thanks for any information.
Think I did ok?
Thoughts?
Don't know the line item breakdown on the $2200- They also included winter mats.
MSRP $54,715
Sale price $51,800 plus $995 acquisition fee and $495 doc fee and $20 license fee for $52, 795 cap cost.
10,000 miles
36 months
Residual $33376 (.61)
Money Factor .00280
Upfront charge of $570 and 1st payment of $804 = $1374
Payment $804 (781 +23 tax)
Is that the best money factor and residual available? I have excellent credit.
How are people getting the deals for $670?
Thanks so much!!!
Thanks!

Your residual is right but your money factor is off. Its a .00240
If you went with 24 months payment goes down to: $625 a month.

Let us know what this car's MSRP and selling price are and I'm sure that either myself or another knowledgeable community member will gladly tell you what they think.

MSRP is $54,715 Sale Price is $51,800. (I will ask for a sale price of $51,300 since he said his price was $300 above invoice.)
The quoted money factor is .0028.
No cap reduction.
An upfront charge of $570. (not sure what this is, maybe doc fee$499, plates$20)?
Acquisition fee $995.
10,000 miles
36 months
Appreciate any help.
Why would my money factor be .0028 when MB is offering .0024 and my credit is exceptional?
They are also marking up the bank fee. Mercedes charges 795.
I am coming up with a figure of $730 plus $22 tax using the .0024 money factor and a $51246 sale price. Sound about right?
Would also like to get floor mats and the Maintenance Plan for that. Is that reasonable? Also thinking of waiting til December to see if the lease rate gets subsidized, think it will?
Thanks again, I greatly appreciate all help and explanations!

Excellent credit.
So, dealz said the money factor should be .0024. Is this negotiable? Will it decrease in December?
Why is the money factor on a c300 .00116? Can I negotiate this rate for the E350?
I am coming up with a figure of $730 plus $22 tax using the .0024 money factor and a $51246 sale price. Is this correct? Is this a good deal?
Do you think I can get car mats and the maintenance plan thrown in for that amount?
Thanks Car Man!

WOW- almost seems to good to be true. I was quoted $680 (tax and maint included) for a $57,495 MSRP (plus the maint.) with $2375 down. Morris County/town NJ. You got 10,000 off MSRP? I can get loyalty as I am turning in an ML but what is EAB ?
I feel like I am so off of your...
