Does anyone know the advertised MPG for a 2009 Avalanche 4X4 LTZ, 6.0 liter, 6 speed?

    14/19 according to Chevy's website.

    The Avalanche is rated at 14 & 20 MPG. Anyone know the REAL LIFE MPG for the 2009 Avalanche?

    I have a 2013 Avalanche with the 5.3 liter motor. I have a 52 mile per day commute with approximately 75% highway, 25% city and my average over the last 7000 miles is about 18 mpg. This is on ethanol blend, 10%.
