What is No Text on stereo?

I have an '09 Mercury Milan with the Audiophile Stereo System. Occasionally, "No Text" will show on the stereo display plate, and it won't show the station or song or artist. Is something wrong with the stereo, or is that a radio station issue?

    It's a radio station issue. Some stations aren't high rollers like that.

    Just means the station isn't broadcasting any text at that particular moment.
