Timing belt AND water pump?

It's time to replace the timing belt on my 2002 Tacoma so;
Should I replace the water pump (as suggested by the garage)? Or wait for it to need replacement?
They quoted me $800---$900 to replace the belt, water pump, idler pulley, and crank gasket.
Do I need ALL this and if "yes", is the price reasonable?
Thanks,
