30,000 mile Maintenance Check Needed

I have a 2003 Rav4 and have just over 30,000 miles on my car. The dealer has mentioned I should have the 30K done but I declined as to the price and said I would wait. Now I'm actually at the mileage and wondering if all they propose is really needed. I know the car does not have many miles considering the age but I use my company's vehicle most of the time when Im working. I just want to know, do most people get the scheduled Toyota maintenance checks? I don't want to make wrong choice and end up spending money that wasn't needed.
Thanks.

Did you mean 2008? Or 2007? 30,000 miles on a 10 year old car is quite exceptional.

Yes, I have a 2003 Rav4 with just over 30,000 miles on it, there is no mistake. That makes it 6 years old which is still good, but still am unsure on what to do.
