2006 Nissan Sentra Trunk opens automatically

My Nissan Sentra SE 2006, has developed a ghost. For no apparant reason the trunk opens with the key in or out and driving or parked.

There is nothing in the trunk bouncing around and the cables appear ok. Any ideas? Switches, if so where?

    I posted this under Sentra but Altima appeared, anyways...so far I pulled the 10 amp fuse that opens the trunk by remote and the switch on the console.

    Both switches are now disabled but last night the trunk opened again while driving.

    Any ideas??? Someone????
