Suburban Tahoe Dash Not Working

The Lights around the dash are not working. The only thing that works is the speed, Fuel, oil, and temp gauges

I have changed the Lights already and nothing happens.

    I know that there have been many dash electrical problems caused by loose or dirty battery connections or even a battery about to fail. Make sure to check these things out.
