Valve cover gaskets and POC's

I need to replace 2 POC's and the valve cover gasket on my 01 V8 LS. The dealer quote was too high and I am wondering if there are any mechanically savvy people like myself who can tell me the complexity of this job for a do-it-yourselfer. I was a mechanic in the military and am somewhat mechanically inclined, but never got into Lincoln's. If anyone has done this themselves and knows the process and special tools (if any) involved please help. Thanks.

I don't think it requires any special tools, just patience and some hard to reach bolts. BTW - they're COPs (coil on plug) not POCs (plug on coil). Some of the Lincoln online clubs have detailed instructions but you'll have to google for them or send me an email.
