i have a 1995 T/C and need to change both R&L front red turn signal bulbs on the side lamps. Can anyone tell me how I can get to them? Do I have to remove the headlights on both sides to do this? Would appreciate your input. thanks in advance.

Here is the deal. Raise the hood. Look down at the black piece that has the diagram for the serpentine belt on it. At the left end of that piece is a somewhat triangular shaped piece near the battery. Gently pull this piece up. You will see the wires to the bulbs. Do the same thing on the air breather side of the car. Screw the white bulb holders out, take out the old bulbs, stick the new ones in, screw the bulb holders back in and you are good to go. I don't know where these auto manufactures are going with this light bulb business these days. I tried to replace a headlight bulb in a Cadillac CTS. After careful analysis, it appeared that the front end of the car had to be removed to get the bulb out. When the job was done, it cost $568.00.

thank you for the reply, but what you gave me is for the white bulbs only. the red bulbs that i am trying to change are to the rear of the white ones and i still can't figure out how to get to them. You are correct when you mentioned about todays manufactures, they make it next to impossible to do anything yourself except drive it to your nearest dealer. I will keep hunting until I find the way in. Thanks again for your input.Best Regards.

front red turn signal bulbs ???

Don't you really mean the Amber colored bulbs located in the front of the car?

Red bulbs can only be located in the back of the car and they are usually accessed by pulling material away from the inside of the trunk in back of the light.
Actually, the bulbs are not red, but Clear for it is the lenses that are Red.

Hi janman34. All the bulbs on the front end of your 95 TC are accessed through those panels. Look at the side marker bulb from the outside of the car and trace it over the fender to the light socket.

PLEASE HELP. MY LICENSE PLATE LIGHTS ARE NOT WORKING. I CAN NOT ACCESS LIGHT BULBS TO REPLACE THEM. I REMOVED THE SCREWS (there are two screws on each light) BUT CAN'T FIGURE OUT HOW TO REACH THE BULBS. GOT PULLED OVER BY HIGHWAY PATROLL THE OTHER DAY. THANKS IN ADVANCE.

Open the deck lid. Look up at the back side of the license plate assembly. See those two holes? Enter the two holes and twist counter clockwise each holder containing the bulbs. R&R the bulbs and reverse the process.
