Starting w/Clutch

I have a 94 toy p/u 2wd with 105k. The clutch must be depressed to start the engine and this is where I am beginning to have problems. The truck will start after several attempts of clutch stomping. The new clutch was installed last spring and it started fine until December. Is the problem in the clutch or a switch connected to the clutch?

The switch. On most vehicles it's under the dash, at the clutch pedal suppport. It completes the electrical circuit from the ignition switch to the starter solenoid or relay. Does the same job as the neutral/park safety switch on automatic transmission equipped vehicles. May be out of adjustment or internal contacts deteriorated.
