We purchased a 2010 T & C limited and had problems with the sliding doors and the starter staying engaged upon starting. Got frustrated and traded it in on a 2011 hoping Chrysler had fixed the problem. The day after buying the 2011, my wife was picking up the kids from school and the passenger sliding door would not shut. It took her 10 minutes to get it closed. Dealer could never recreate the problem. Took it back three times for the same problem and finally got it resolved. Our 2011 had the push button start. Most recently, the starter was staying engaged. Dealer could not find a problem. So, that's four times back to the dealer since we bought it in May 2011. What a piece of junk. I took it acorss the street and traded it for a Ford. I lost my tail but I got rid of a problem. Went back to the Ford dealership the next day to bring the other key and the van was not there. When they went to move it, the starter stuck. They sent it to the Chrysler dealer. Good luck.

I just bought a 11 VW SEL. It is the same thing as your T/C. My van is in the shop now for the same thing. Wife picked up kids at school, tried to start and nothing. Key was locked in, doors worked, lights but would not start. Dealer is replacing entire ignition and keys. Been in the shop for a week now. I let you know if this works. Good luck.

I bought a 2011 T & C in Sept 2011 now at 13,000 kms (around 8,000 miles) and i don't see any problem with it even during the last winter (Canadian winter eh...).It runs great. The trans shifting is smooth and engine is powerful.I read about transmission problems with 2012 Odessey.Yes 2012 model though Odessey is regarded as the best minivan in this category.
