Lexus IS250/350 Driving/seating position

Hello all. Height-wise, I'm pretty average at approx. 5'4 to 5'5, but when I sit in the driver's seat, I feel like a complete giant, and can literally never find a comfortable driving position. Anyone else suffering from this? Thanks!
