"95" Jeep GC loud sounds at idle

I know my 95 JGC is considered an off road vehicle. But the noise at idle is ridiculous. Everything vibrates, feels and sounds like it is coming from the back end. Not sure what to do to fix it. Help!

Start by checking for a grounded engine or transmission mount. The powertrain is isolated from the frame by steel and rubber mounts. If a mount has metal to metal contact it will transmit vibration to the rest of the vehicle. Next check would be for the exhaust system contacting underbody components.
