Check Your Radiator Cap!

The other day I was driving down the interstate when I saw an early 80's Lincoln broke down with the hood up. I stopped and asked the woman driving if she needed help, and she said her radiator was out of coolant. I started poking around looking for leaks, and she told me she had all the hoses, thermostat, ect. replaced recently by a mechanic. I picked up the radiator car and looked at it. The rubber seal was dry and cracked. A new radiator cap and some more anti-freeze, and problem solved.
Please, guys, check your radiator caps any time your under the hood. It takes 2 seconds, they're dirt cheap, and it will keep you from getting stranded!
