The heaters have identical modules under each seat. Switch them and see if the problem moves to the other seat with the module. If not, it's your resistance wires woven into the backing for the leather seat material. Check resistances and it's usually in the bottom that the circuit is open. Take leather cover off by pulling back to expose the wire that comes up near the back of the seat bottom and start looking. Often there's a burn mark where the hot spot burned in two when the seat was on. Some folks take the seat out of the car (4 bolts) and it's easier to examine. Use solder wick from Radio Shack as a flexible repair material to replace the burned point in the wiring.
