how much it will cost me to fix transmission leakage.

I have a 2002 ford Taurus. Recently while driving the yellow exclamation light was flashing . I got the car to the mechanics he told me there is a leaking in the transmission pump seal and in the pan . also there is transmission slipping if a drive up hill. I want to know how much it will cost me to fix it
