List of used smaller-type SUVs and the MPG expected with each make/model?

suvlover4lifesuvlover4life Member Posts: 1
Hello,

I can't seem to find a list anywhere displaying the average MPG of various used SUVs (preferably the smaller/lighter models) that vary in the 1999-2009 models. I am new here, so please go easy on me :/

Any help is much much appreciated!

Thanks,

Jeff

Shameless plug for my favorite SUV, my AWD Escape Hybrid gets around 30 in town, 27 on the road (depending on speed). A used 2009 would be reasonably priced and get even better MPG.

If you go to the Car Finder link here, you can tick off the SUVs box and it'll list all new 108 SUVs with their mpg.

Once you get the laundry list loaded you can Sort By Mileage - High to Low, etc.

From there you'll have to compare the used ones (if available) one by one to see more.

There's no mpg option for the Used Car Inventory but it might give you an idea of what's available in your area. That link is under the Inventory tab above.
