Audi S4 Extended Warranty

I have a 2010 S4 with ~41K miles that I bought new from a local dealership. I then had the same dealership install the StaSiS Touring package in 2012, which is covered under the same manufacturer warranty. It is coming close to the end of it's manufacturer warranty (Nov. 2013) and I was hoping I could get some advise from other S4 owners on any experience with the 2010 S4 with high mileage (problems, issues, etc.) or with the purchase of an extended warranty. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
