2003 Chevy Caviler AC Problem

The AC works however the blower doens't work. It has been replaced..worked fine..then went out...hit a bump and it started woring again and now its stopped. Still get cold ir but only when the car is moving Getting hot here in Florida and No AC blower is no good.

Also the two front windowswon't roll down. They don't even make a noise when you press the buttons. Help needed ASAP.

    If you hit a bump and it started working again sounds like a short in the wiring or loose wire
