ALERT: Denali's getting broken into
We had three Denali's in the same parking garage get broken into yesterday. Evidently their is an issue with the rear window latch where you can pry up the window and then use a screw driver to pop the rear hatch. Three Denali's had all the same markings on the back, and the police said it looks like they know what they are doing. It's frustrating that you pay 60K for a car, and they use plastic parts to protect your car. Also the alarm will not activate on the rear window. Anyone have any information on this? The police and security guard said it happens a lot.
They only took the Bose Stereo/Navigation and a few personal items. Still we are out our deductible and time it takes to deal with it.
