blue tooth people hear echo when I call or they call me.

I have a m35x 07 folks say when I call them or they call me in my car and I am using the car blue tooth they hear an echo on there side. I will try to re pair any ideas?

    this turned out to be the settings for the carrier I set mine to cdma I have a sprint phone, no more complaints.
