Mazda CX 5 Windshield Cracking

I own a 2013 Mazda CX 5 GT, I had it for less than 3 days when a TINY rock hit my windshield, it then became a rose bud and a day later cracked. I had problems with the dealer and returned it, I went to another dealer and got the exact same model had it for maybe 4 days and the exact same thing happened.
I'm wondering if this is just an Alberta problem or if anyone else has this issue? And no I am not following close, this is from people changing lanes, or just in general hitting gravel on the road.

I believe Mazda has a problem and they need to fess up to it before some lawyers file a class action. I'm recording all my communications with them and the dealer and keeping all the receipts until this thing is resolved.
