Cavalier Cold Start Problem

My 1995 Cavalier is hard to start when the outside temp starts to get cooler, soon as fall rolls around it has to be plugged in or it is very hard to start. Changed coolant temp sensor, 02 sensor, cold air intake sensor. has new battery , fuel pump, plugs . Please Help. thanks.
