The voice command control works for a couple of weeks, it then quits working. We then take it in to the dealer, they work on it and it will work for a couple of weeks, then goes out again. We have taken it in many times. They told me not to pair it with my iphone, maybe it was causing it. I haven't used it and it went out again tonight. We are getting very tired of this. Any ideas what could be causing it and what steps to take.

    That has happened on my '11 MKZ. I'll unpair then pair my iPhone, that sometimes cures it, sometimes not. The last time it just 'healed' itself. I have no idea why...
