Chrysler digital dash

My 1990 Chrysler New Yorker has a digital dash. Recently the gas gauge has stopped working.Also the odometer is not working. The overhead console shows "0 miles to empty" all of the time. No local repair shops, including the Chrysler mechanic, seems to be able to figure it out.
HELP!!

    On my l999 Intrepid I've had problems with the AC/Heater controls. Sometimes the heater sticks on full hot.
