toyota corolla "s" antena

i Just purchased the 2001 corolla "s"... my only complaint is that the antena is on the driverside roof and at low speeds (less than 5 mph) it seems to oscillate. You can hear it as it taps/bounces off the roof and is annoying. I never notice this while test driving. Is this a design flaw? Has anyone else experienced this?

I'm an 18 year-old senior in high school and taking college classes as well and I just purchased my 2001 Toyota Corolla "S" on Valentine's Day.
