2009 Pontiac Vibe Transmission disengages

VSC engine light and skid icon lights are on. VSC turned off, transmission disengages intermittently especially when shifting

    Found out what was wrong with the tranny and it only cost me 3800.00 Seems that the 2009 vibe GT had a design flaw in the valve assembly. The assy has been redesigned and mine works great. Did a total rebuild including the installation of the new valve assy. I did not know it at the time but it was not locking up in 5th. I was doing 60 at 3000 rpm. Now I am doing 64 at 3000RPM. helps gas mileage too

    How many miles on your Vibe now? And did you do the work back in December of 2013?
